I have noticed all the gas cylinders supplied since march of this year are with less gas.The seal paper is so nicely managed by the supply boys making a very small cut which looks like a nail scratch,from which the thread can be dragged out and open the cap without the total seal paper getting turned.
i have observed this from four cylinders in this year.the cylinder given to me in 2012 march was leaking gas prior to opening the cap as the supply boy left the house i have to call them back within minutes because the room was filled gas smell.the supply boy replaced the cylinder ,but the cylinder ended up very soon for one month,instead of two months which i previously used to get(family of two members and a kid).
next time onwards i tried to observe the seal and weight of cylinder ,always the seal was little bit cut which looks like a scartch when i asked why was it like that ,they managed to say that check the weight and so on .after the boy left the cylinder i tried to open the cap by dragging the thread from the scratch like cut i could successfully do it without the seal paper getting torn.they are managing the weight of the cylinder .

every one's response is same gas cylinders are ending up very soon compared to prior.i have also noticed the sealed cylinders at my friends houses with same scratch like cut to the seal paper.yesterday i got my cylinder with the same cut ,when i refused to take the cylinder with such a seal ,the supply boy asked me to check the weight if required i refused to accept the cylinder unless the seal was proper,he started almost shouting at me for 15 min and then got me another one.
one govt is rising the cost of cylinder ,and limiting the no.of cylinders these gas agencies are cheating the consumers,how can a commom man survive?
