My consumer number with Bharath Gas is 33594. I have booked my refill on 5th Sep 2012 and the delivery date shown in the online is on 21st Sep 2012. Even after number of complaints , persuation pleadings with the agency and the delivery boy, no delivery.
Both our second cylinder also got emptied yesterday evening. We have one year and 4 year old kids with elderly parents who are above 70 years.
I condemn "This humanless attitude of Rashmi gas agency", who have been known for not keeping up their promise even by mistake.
Would you please force them to deliver us the refill and enable us to cook and eat food at home?
Everytime there will be quarrel in this agent's shop from the extremely frustrated customers. Please advice them to close their dealership at the earliest.
