I was expecting an order I placed, never got it and went into order status just to check..to my very surprise they have cancelled the order without notifying me. I then understood that by mistake they had that specific item on sale which they did not intend to in the first place, so if I were to pay the full price they would "try" to deliver it within few weeks (which of-course is of no use to me because the ceremony I ordered the item for would have been long past by then). Spent long time on chat.But no use! Please stay away from ordering at utsavfashion.com.
Flipkart..amazon..etc are much better and more reliable.Oh btw, do not trust the 'testimonial' on their website.My own testimonial which has one star with worst testimonial has been updated by them to 4 stars and has a positive feedback
