Utsavsuits.com — unethical behaviour. delivered wrong product and now not returning it

I have order lehnga on 12 april 2019. It was in combo offer. They delivered me the product on 24 april 2019. The product which they delivered is different from which i ordered. I immediately emailed them and asked them to return this product but they denied saying they cant accept return as the product is not damaged. Since then i am keep on trying to convince them about this unethical behavior but they are not replying.

Updated by stutitripathi I have sent the parcel still they are not intiated the refund. The delivery charges where 100 extra at the time of order.. Still they are deducting rs.250 as processing fee and i have sent the order at my expense.
