Sir/ma'am i am ujjwal gupta currently studying in b. Tech 2nd year nit hamirpur. My caste is rauniyar that is obc under state government but under central list i am general. And now my district scholraship committee is saying that they will not forward my form as my form is in general category but in uttar pradesh i am obc.
Now tell me what should i do?? I am really helpless. This scholarship amount is very necessary for my education please help
