I have received a challan-UP[protected] against contravention of the speed limits.
Speed Limit- 70 km/hr
My speed as stated- 73 km/hr
There can be multiple possibilities that captured speed was above speed limit by only by 3km/hr which I am not here to discuss. I humbly request you to kindly nullify the challan this time.
