Uttar Pradesh Traffic Police — Eve teasing challan

Dear,

This is complaint is regarding the wrong challan imposed by UP traffic police.

1. As I was driving the 2 wheeler with a female pillion in Noida sector 15 Traffic Light.
There were other drivers as well with pillion without helmet in that same place same time, but that police man came to notice me only because I was riding with a female on Valentine's day.

2. As per the rule he should have impose the challan of 500 because it was the first time.

I am ready to pay the challan but not 1000 it was my first time so it should be 500 only.
