Myself, s. John kennedy bought the new scooter activa 125 from this showroom. My reg no:mh 05dt6280, chassis no:me4jf495dju057411. It become 2 months buying this vehicle but there is a problem in the self start, becase every morning and evening i need to give the choke and start the vehicle. Today was my first free service date and i given for the service but they told there are charges for the replacement of engine oil but it has been given as free in the service book. Then i told the service advisor about the complaint and all. Evening i got the call from the showroom that your servicing is complete so come and take your vehicle. So while i was cheking i asked the advisor about the startup promblem which i was facing then he told that it is the starting stage so after running for more than 1000 km then it will be ok, or else try to start the vehicle using the king in between then it will be ok. I dont know the clear matter about the self start working. So can you please provide me laiable reply for this problem and how to solve it.
