V Life Spaces & Infra Developers Pvt Ltd — regarding cheque bounce and refund money

I have purchaed 1bhk unit at their uttan projects, but cancelled before 5 month and after four month of continues followup they gave me 04 cheques after ded.20% earnest mony and collected all original receipt, zerox of all doc. Are with me, 1st instalment of cheque got bounced, please advise, director of comp. Inf. Me he will do rtgs on 03rd april.

Builder provide me 04 refund cheques after deduction 20% of earnest Money, first instalment of cheque Dt.[protected] got bounced due to insufficient funds in accounts, Company director inform me that on 03rd of April he will do RTGS of first installment and rest cheque will be honoured as per dates mentioned in the cheque. there email id is [protected]@vlifespaces.com and [protected]@gmail.com. Even have all email copy to secretariat of MCHI but no response from them.
