V r enterprises given me online job of form filling which contains 5 fields namely unique no, name, contact number, salary and address. For this they agreed to pay rs. 20/- per correct form and i have to achieve 630 correct form out of 700 for become eligible for payment. The qc report received is fail as usual and they demanding me 4700/- as penalty and maintenance charges as written in agreement. They also messaged me that the hard copy of notice has been dispatched to your address and given contact number to [protected] for assistance. This contact number is of person named amit dhalla who represent ourself as legal advisor of company and on 07.07.2020 he called me to settle the case out of court and demanded 8500/-. Legal department has also called me to settle the case otherwise i have to face consequences and we are filing your case in court.
If you come across such company and people, do message me or mention your number to contact.
Also if someone is from this forum who will guide me on this issue please express your views. Just now they have send me noc letter.
