V.v.enterprises — Gas stove Service cheating and money looted

Hello Sir, we have contacted V.V.Enterprises for our gas stove service. Literally they have cheated us by giving a fault burners and now the gas stove is bursting while switching off. Our life is in danger because of this gas stove servicing. We have paid Rs 3600/- and this service agent is not responding or not returning back our money in this pandemic situation. Request you to please help us.

Updated by Sridhar8080 I Said i will raise a consumer complaint but the V.V.Enterprise owner told me you can raise a police complaint or consumer complaint. I don't care this is the response we received from the owner. Please do the needful.
