"State Bank of India, Transaction reference - IRB8144855, dated 28/12/16, 28/12/17

Followed up consistently with V3, for payment acknowledgement with the snapshot of the transfers made, 28/12/16

As the payment was made, reminded them to deliver on 1/1/17 along with the note i[censored]ndelivered to cancel the deal., Rs.15K transferred as above got refuded back as wrong account details provided by v3 executive.
Called the v3 executive and informed about the wrong account details provided from there end and suggested to initiate action. I personally visitied to Axis Bank as a priority and filed a written complaint 29/12/16 vide reference No - "IMPS wrong credit[protected], Receives an mail/sms stating correct account no, and earlier one was wrong, 29/12/16

Rushed immidiately to V3, showroom and met Mr Naseer A. Usmani - COO, [protected]. During disucssion it came to notice that He even was not aware of this issue. As the current executive and her TL and team kept suppressed.Made fresh transfer of Rs.15K from State bank of India. Advised the COO to issue a letter to ICICI, stating the reason on being wrong account details provided from there end, and to seize /lien the beneficiary account and requested him a copy, which then he rejected, 29/12/16.

Followed up daily from my end with Axis bank and COO for any update till . Received an e mail from COO-Mr Naseer, stating the account of Beneficiaryis blocked, 4/1/17.

Second time I scheduled the delivery of car by 8th to 10th Jan, which they agreed to do. Followed consistently on call and through e mail for the delivery and updates, but no response. As there was no improvement on the process, despite of there mistake, I have issued a Axis bank Chk for Rs.48K no - 430783 as a security, with an expectation that the car will be delivered asap dt 29/12/16.

Then as usual the car was not delivered stating different execuses for the third time by v3 Automotives Pvt Ltd. Right from day one, the exective nor his TL has shared any details of the car till then like VIN no and others. Simply executive came and got signed some as for Insurance registration.

For the fourth time, after being followed consistently with the exective, she mailed as the delivered will be given as requested, 29/01/17.

Keeping all past incident, I personally visited to V3, and just thought of reminding the delivery due for tomorrow., But the executive and TL came stating that they cannot deliver since there is an amount outstanding. Hereing this, I met COO, Mr Naseer and requested to throw some light.
28/12/16

After hours at V3, without food and my children being left alone at home from 11.25 am till 3 pm the COO and his team were in complete discussion.
So pathetic and embarrassing the concern responsible person left to workshop without answering the burning question for which I as a customer was waiting.

In turn suggested His team, to get a letter signed on the Affidavit by me as owing the responsibility of payment and cooperating with ICICI and V3, people, Regret to say, but it’s a shamefull experience personally for anyone that matter, a mistake done from His own team and rather asking them to write a written statement and get it signed, the COO in turn instructing His team to get it sign from the customer end owning responsibility. I
29/12/16.

The amount was lying credit to the beneficiary when I registered the complaint 29/12/16, but e_mail received from COO stating the accont is blocked and amount will be received soon is a big Bogus and highly untruth. Because there was no balance left in the beneficiary account when V3 COO launched the complaint with ICICI, it was launched on the NIL balance. The actual date of complaint given from my end was 29/12/16 and the same day Ihave checked in the local ICICI bank, where the amount was still lying, but as the complaint wa launched by COO was preety late, they ended with filing on the nil account. Duing dicussion it was revealed that the V3 people are waiting for the salary credit of the beneficiary account, so that the account can be blocked. My question what is the gurantee the account remains active. As I rejected to do it, the V3 COO has not given His consent to deliver the car.29/01/2017

Status as of today: Status: the car has been registered. I have been told it is in the Yard. I have visited and do not see the car with the VIN I have taken during my visit to showroom. I am not sure, if the car really registered in my name is the branded new car or all the spare parts by this time has been changed. If I get a written statement from COO v3 Automobiles and Hyundai Yard concern officer stating the car is a brand new one and all the part assembled are new and not replaced by theft and are covered under normal waranty as good as delivered newly post registration, then I might think to accept the delivery of the car.

Keeping such situation in mind, I want my money back to refunded by the V3, Automotives Pvt Lid, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai including the EMI and Interest apart for all the agony I have been facing for the past plus 30 days.

Appreciate your intervene asap and for the settlement. My overall paid apart from my time, tension, sleepless night and not well.
