Bunch of liars to manipulate the customer and they are nowhere in serving the customer. This is the worst car dealer & service center I have seen. We have to run back for every service and they will never bother on customer need.
They will always surprise you with last-minute changes or new ideas to exploit the customer. They will never give proper information and that's how they exploit customers with false information. If they get caught they lie as if it has been communicated even without our knowledge. They will play the blame game and make us run behind every team and they will never communicate internally to support customers.Instead we have get all the information or we need to sort things out on our own will.
