Hi this is saunak chakraborty, i worked in the organisation for 21 days but i feel in a viral fever as well as i'm not fit to join i'm absent from 17th june to 23rd june, on 24th of june i joined again, but on the very same day i'm unable to take calls because i'm suffering from cold & cough. So the company hrm ms rima roy she told me that you take rest fit well & again join from 01st of july. I told her ok. On 29th june she text me that you don't have to come again you were terminated, & she told me to talk to company qa satyajeet jana, he also told me that he is also terminated me & on same day hrm ms rima roy told me on the day of salary might be 10th or 12th of july you will get your salary the days i worked in the organisation.
After few days on 3rd july i contacted her she told me they will not give my salary speak to operation manager ms bani jhaa, she told me to go down to the office for full & final, but as i told previously in this conversation that i'm not well still, i told her that i'm unable to attend the office, she told ok you'll get your salary on date.
But on this friday they told me that they will not give my salary because as per them i've submitted some fake application s. I worked there from 27th of may till 24th of june, in this time span the qa haven't checked my voice files, but when i got ill that time only they got the files, the company is trying to not to give my salary, & they also told me do what ever you want we will not give your salary. Please help me out to get my salary my family is dependent on me.
