I had given my microwave as it was not geting ON, it was a brand new product kept unpacked for an year, warranty period got expired.
V5 Solutions Bangalore has promised to return the product by 48hrs after service. But it has taken a week by them. They don't attend the calls and if attended gives fake promises of returning.
After a week I have got my microwave when gave warnings of giving consumer forum complaints. But my microwave got other issues, its not geting off automatically, the timer is of no use now.
I dont find any changed Transformer and condenser which was mentioned by the Electrician.
Guys I request everyone, please don't take service from V5solutions.
