Membership was purchased for holidays from vacanta infra pvt ltd on 16 may 2019 and rs 88000/- was paid by me . It is a silver membership agreement for 10 years. Agreement was signed for membership benefits on holiday membership by both parties.
since the time, money was paid, company has stopped responding of phone calls and mails. Immediate benefits were required to pay to second party by first party were not paid. second party visited first party office twice, but not satisfying reply was given.
since that time second party is trying to contact first party but no response has been received. mobile number given were either not working or blocked. emails were not replied .
this company is fraud and my full deposit should be returned and for harassing compensation should be paid by vacanta infra services pvt ltd.
