Vacation Traingle — Booking cancelled but amount not refund

I had booked a tour/package with Vacation Triangle vide Booking Voucher No. VT08052026 dated 08.05.2026. Later I cancelled the booking as per their cancellation policy. The company promised to refund the full/partial amount of ₹25000/- by 15th June 2026.

However, till today 17th June 2026, I have not received any refund. I have sent multiple emails and reminders but the company has not responded to any of them. They are not answering calls either.

This is causing me financial loss and mental harassment. I request you to direct Vacation Triangle to immediately refund my amount of ₹25000 with interest for the delay.
