Vahan Citizen Service Online — regarding not clearing the online payment option for road tax

On 19/4/2018 i was trying to make payment on https://parivahan.gov.in which while going on payment gateway somehow failed and payment was not processed. When again i tried to pay it was showing pending in transaction mode. I called up customer care regarding the same they asked me to mail on help desk, i mailed. Next day i got a reply. But till date i haven't got the problem resolved. Its very ridiculous it was not being expected from these site.
Now if my vehicle will be fined from police side then who will be responsible for that???

Above mentioned things is being shown in portal till present.

I have lodged similar complaint inspired by you...

When again i tried to pay it was repeatedly showing pending in transaction mode. I called up customer care regarding the same they asked me to mail on help desk, i mailed. I have doubts about the competency of concerned help-desk personnel to resolve the problem. I don't know what to do now. It continues to show "YOUR TRANSACTION PENDING AT BANK SIDE(AGAINST VEHICLE NO.WB3XXXXXX), PLEASE CHECK PENDING TRANSACTION FORM AFTER SOMETIME." Its very ridiculous... it was not expected from NIC.
Now if my vehicle will be fined from police side then who will be responsible for that???"

i have deposit MVTax on 28/09/2020 at8.44PM Rs 11500 was deduct from my account but till now it showing Your Transaction for OR200928v0253083 is pending. Please check transaction status after some time. Now ten days already passed, what i can do?
