Vahan.parivahan.gov.in — RC not received and no dispatch status available while tracking

I am writing this complaint with great frustration and concern regarding the non-receipt of my physical Registration Certificate (RC) for my Baleno (HR22T2076), despite a significant delay of over six months since the issuance of the digital copy. I am deeply disappointed with the lack of communication and inefficient service provided by the Haryana Parivahan Department through the vahan.parivahan.gov.in portal.

I understand that the digital RC copy has been generated and made available to me, which I appreciate as it provides temporary proof of registration. However, the absence of the physical RC is causing great inconvenience and uncertainty. It is imperative for me to possess the physical copy of the RC for various purposes, such as legal requirements, insurance, and potential transactions related to my vehicle.

My frustration is further exacerbated by the fact that despite numerous attempts to seek information and updates regarding the dispatch of the physical RC, there has been no response or communication from your end. It is disheartening to experience such a lack of accountability and customer service, leaving me feeling ignored and neglected.

I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and urge you to take swift action to rectify the situation. I require clear information regarding the current status of the physical RC and a specific timeline for its dispatch to my address.
