Extremely unprofessional and misleading driving school – learn from my mistake.
I enrolled with this driving school after paying the entire fee in advance for:
1. 10 days of driving lessons
2. Learner’s License and Driving License processing
Here is what actually happened:
• The 10 driving sessions were completed over 25 days, not because of my availability, but due to frequent cancellations and the instructor not turning up without prior notice.
• Even after 45 days from the booking date, my Learner’s License has not been delivered.
• The contact number they provide is mostly unreachable. Calls are not answered, and messages are ignored.
• When the owner did answer recently, he assured me the LL would be sent:
o within 10 minutes
o then before 11:30 AM
o then before 2:30 PM
o finally, definitely by 4:00 PM
All of these were false assurances.
• It has now been three days since that conversation, and he has again stopped responding.
• I personally visited their office three times — it was locked each time, with no notice or alternate contact.
Given the complete lack of response and accountability, I am now considering filing a police complaint for cheating. I have very low confidence that I will ever get my money back.
This is not how a legitimate driving school operates.
Posting this review so that others don’t fall into the same trap.
