Vaibhav Creation — Not received order update and refund

Order placed on 1 September 2022 . No confirmation of receipt received from the seller on email id or mobile sms. Tried called the number on website. Couldn't get through and it is 11 digits. Made a payment of rs. 138 to "niva fashion" via Paytm as there was no option to pay on delivery. Hope complaint gets resolved soon and website is taken down and money returned
