Services of this company are very bad/low quality (Mobile & DTH Recharge i used only) I got started services of this company in month of August 2016 and continue even after getting very bad experiences with their services. Mr.Arvind Rastogi is director as well as relationship manager of mine as i discussed everything with him only. he told me to maintain balance Rs.5000/- in your account which can be usable. but after transfer of such amount he keep Rs.3000/- freez as it can not usable. after four months i want to stop these services as i closed this business. then i have asked to refund my Rs.3000/- or make it usable. he clearly said appoint other person otherwise we will not refund a single rupee.please help to get back my money. this company is fraud and making money in this way so people please dont get any business offer from this company.
