[Resolved] Valamfab.com — Payment was accepted but Product was not received

I had ordered for two products and had made the payment via Gpay. Since the day of order (30 Oct 2020) till date i did not receive any confirmation of the order or any update regarding my order. When i reached them on the contact number provided on their website, the reply received was that the product would reach me in 4 days time. But i am yet to receive the product, refund or any sort of proper communication on what is happening. I believe its a fake site. Please Do Not order anything

I received a call and due to some technical issue the product would take more than expected time to be delivered is what is being said. So, I am going for a refund option which they have assured me.
