I am writing this to report a fraud against Valorah Resorts And Hospitality LLP(Karma Resorts And Hospitality). We have attended a presentation by team Valorah at Courtyard by Marriott, Ahmedabad on 15th February, 2022. They gave a presentation on their services, told us they have 5star resorts and the best deals to get to give us the best experience for our holidays. We paid 50, 000 for 21 nights(7 international nights and 14 domestic). At the time of the deal they told us we can get the resort's book for anyone including our friends, family at any destination. On another day we got mail for confirmation and got the username password for our membership portal. First we tried to book for an International trip from our membership portal but got an email saying that we cannot book any international holiday because that is not included in our package. We called many times to get the international nights inclusive in our package as told. After that we tried to book local destinations like Diu, Saputara, Goa etc but every time we got rejected saying rooms were not available, we had to book 3months prior and many more similar reasons. We tried and we then got to know that this is fraud, and many complaints were filed against them. Today, we have many members of Valorah all over India in a WhatsApp group, we are all finding solutions to get our money back. Some o[censored]s including me(my husband) have also filed complaints in Satellite police station, Ahmedabad and are still waiting for the time to get our money back. We are from a middle class family and can't afford the loss. We are trying our best to get our money back. Please help us get our money back and do some strict action against this company.
