I am an ex employee of the company and I am taking the charge to speak against them as the profound company the "Value4Brand"" is a fraud company. The company owned by Mr Subashis and Ms Neha Arora. The founders are really heartless and don't think of their employees at all.

They are so selfish and just think of themselves only. They don't understand the employees situation at all. They don't give appraisal to the employees and terminate the employees during the appraisal phase. They do cheating with the employees. The founder themselves perform politics and then thinks employees perform the politics. They deduct salaries for late comings even if employee is late by 2 min. They think employees are slaves. They also do cheating with their clients. They take money from the clients and don't give proper and fruitful work to their employees.

Also there are many complaints against them which tells that Value4Brand is a fraud company.
