I was checking a refurbished Macbook Laptop in valuekart and decided to order online, so I messaged the whatsapp number provided in the website i.e, +91 [protected]. They told me that there is no COD, but I can pay 25% (Rs. 16, 003.00) of the total price (Rs 64, 009.00). Therefore I transferred Rs. 16, 003.00 via UPI as provided in the website i.e, [protected]@apl. After payment they confirmed the payment via whatsapp and email. But after two days they whatsapp me that "the shipping partner denied the COD for my location due to insurance issues and told me to deposit the full amount. I felt hesitated but after their reassurance I deposited the remaining amount of Rs. 45, 896.00 to the same UPI mentioned above. After that for two days they told me that they are shipping the product awaiting verification from insurance party. But for three days now they are not picking up my call neither replying my messages on email and WhatsApp. I need full refund.
