My amount of rs1149 was deducted one week ago and i didn’t receive my order id:- 5756995 it still shows processing in status .
No customer care reply on mail or on app, i reverted multiple times. poor customer care. I had ordered 2 items from van heusen online site on 10th February 2022 and The items are still under processing since 7 days and the complaint email and contact us box is non responsive inspite of sending them multiple mails. U cannot even cancel the order and try to get refund because you have no option. They don't reply and just estort money from you. Worst customer service and worst app service.
