Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Vannam Boutique, an online Instagram store based in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu. Below are the details of the issue I am facing:
Details of the Purchase
Product: Dress
Price Paid: ₹999 + ₹100 (shipping charges)
Payment Mode: Paytm UPI

Date of Purchase: 28.11.2024
Nature of the Issue
The dress I received was of extremely low quality and did not meet the expectations set by the product images on their Instagram page. The product appeared to have been previously used, was crushed, and had visible faded lines. They didn't send the order number, courier details also. Their reply after payment conformation is completely different. no proper customer care and grievance addressal system. Simply messaging in Instagram and blaming the customers and cheating the customer by saying quality check, I have received a crushed, faded, used low quality material (proof attached)
The seller failed to provide proper customer service, including:
No purchase invoice or order details.
No parcel tracking information.
Unresponsive communication after order confirmation and payment.
Upon receiving the dress, I immediately contacted the seller with photographic proof of the poor quality and followed their instructions to return the product.
Despite this, the seller is now falsely accusing me o[censored]sing and perfuming the dress and is refusing to issue a refund or replacement.

I kindly request your intervention to:
Ensure that the seller provides me with a full refund or a proper replacement for the product.
