Hi, My name is Yash Gohel. I had ordered two pairs of Vans shoes from this website https://www.vanssalesindia.in
The date was 25th April 2021. I believe that I was fooled by this website which claims to be a legitimate online store for Vans. I still haven't received my order yet. It's been over a month and a half that I am trying to reach out to them. There's no reply. And as you can see from the attached screenshot. The payment was a success but the order is till pending. I haven't gotten any invoice too!
Please see to it that this website is pulled down incase this is a hoax. If this is truly the vans official website please see to it that I receive the order or at least the refund. Its a not a small amount.
I know it's my fault that I didn't cross check this with anyone or looked at any other details that looked fishy. I should have been more careful or sure.
After me doing some digging I found out the Vans official Instagram page said their website hasn't launched yet which should prove that the website link I shared is a hoax and is been fooling everyone since a long time.
I urge you to look into this matter urgently.
