Sir,
I ramesh chandtanwar owner of vansh enterprises, fridabad state that total 19 vehicles were purchased from eicher motors in the month of december 2017 by my firm. As per company guidelines all vehicles were supposed to install with gps system, but till date only 5 vehicles got installed gps out of total 19. I approached many time to respective staff but neither the work has been done or the proper response was given by company representative. Even though i approached mr. Gajendra singh and mr. Gaurav thakur, sri motors faridabad many times but response was not given by them also.
On 23 may 2018 vehicle no hr38x2294 got accident. I informed to your company representative and follow your company procedure in case of accident. On 28 may 2018 i submitted the document for subject case in balaji motors sahapura, rajasthan. I approached to balaji motors, your company and mr. Vikash regarding repairing of abovementioned vehicle, but till date my vehicle not repaired. Mr. Gaurav thakur, sri motors faridabad and mr. Vikash balaji motors, sahapura rajasthan did not do any help to me inspite of many approaches directly.
