I have been registered for 3 months with the organization to proceed ahead with the USA VISITOR process for which I have paid approximately 25, 000fees. BUT TILL NOT COMPLETED PROCESS. 3rd Class service. please Friend not Apply visa here, This is Frund Agency,

I had paid Rs 48000/- as my Visa registration fee in 2019 to Vantage immigration which is situated at Delhi. And after that I can't contact them. All the mobile numbers and land phones are switched off. I am going to take legal action against them.
But i have no idea how to take legal action against vantage immigration.
I have all the agreement papers and my check number.

Bring to the notice to general public that vantage immigration consultancy having its registerd office at address :38, 2nd floor zamridpur, gk - 1, new delhi, delhi 110048 is a fake immigration consultant.

They promise to provide hong kong qmas visa which is pr visa for self and family.

The consultant is incompetent in doing so and provide false information in order to enroll people.

From shine.com the above mentioned fraud consultancy had taken our database and they contacted through email and phone to me (Firoz ali) and to my friend (Sandeep acharya).

They told us that they have so many vacancies for engineers like you to hong kong exps: 2 to 15 yrs and salary fron 2.5 lacs to 3 lacs. They told process will take 3 to 4 months and sent us one evaluation form and fill it and send them back. After we got a mail as mentioned below.

Kindly fill the evaluation form and revert it back to me with a copy of your resume and scanned copy of your original documents. If you have any queries please call me.

This is to inform you that you are eligible for the quality migrant admission scheme visa which is basically a pr visa valid for 7 yrs and you will get a pr after 7 yrs.

The requirements of qmas visa are

Age:-21-49

Qualification: minimum diploma/degree/master degree/phd.

Experience - minimum 2 yrs

Visa process duration:3-4 months

Salary package:-2.6-2.8 lakhs as per qualification and experience. *negotiable at the time of intervie

For the visa procedure you need to give 53000 indian rupees and after they will start the process. As they informed we deposited the money.

After we came to know we where cheated same like other previous candidates who went to this fraud consultancy for qmas hon kong visa. So we asked for refund to this fraud agency since we didn't start the process and they told us refund is not possible. We are going to complaint in rtl, to delhi police etc.. Against them.

I have given payment for Medical coding abroad, but now I am unable to contact you through phone or mail. If you are unable to provide job return back the money. Invoice no 481, dt 27/11/2017.

I initiated the process for QMAS for honkong from the company in 2016.The company sent the list of required documents after payment, not before. I was not able arrange all the documents as per the company's requirement. Hence, I never sent anything in this regard and never any file had been opened for the same by the company in this regard.
The matter was discussed with the representatives number of times on phone.The representatives were changed number of times during the period.As, no services has been taken by me from the company, I requested them to refund my money back vide email abraham.[protected]@gmail.com on Sat, 18 Jan and Thu, 27 Aug and the official website of the company is not working.I tried to call the company number of times but non of the phone is working nowadays.
Please look into the matter.

They don't stuck on their wordings, whatever they say. They will ask you to submit the never ending lists of documents, which is likely to impossible to match the expectation. The number of documents is like that, "you are not going for employment, you are going to be a governor of a province of hongkong." after that, since beginning they will be telling you that, ilets is not mandatory, but at the nick of time, you will be shocked to know that ilets is being asked by hong kong embassy. They will simple tell you that sir you need to procure ilets score by own. Just one thinking will come it mind that you have been *ed. Beauty of their service is that, every time you need to pin him about your process, you and only you need to remind them, that your process is with them...in their process they will ask you to show rs.500, 000 in your bank account, it's very simple, if one, would have rs.5l in their bank, why he/she will think to go abroad. Beauty of this process that, they will ask you to provide the supporting documents form where you showed those rs.5l in your bank (C* s*, ab log kisi se udhar leke paise ekkatha karte hain, kisi se loan lete hain, jewelry girvi rekhte hain, rs.5l pura show karne liye, kutton jaisi halat ho jaata hai, rs.5l poora karte karte, aur inko proof chahiye ke kanha se aaya ye rs.5l, abe c* saare log jo tere paas aate hain apna process ke liye, kabhi uske baare me socha hai).

They simply know how to put a bolt on the weaker nerve of the people, because everyone has a dream to go abroad for earning... They take full amount of process in very first meeting, and rest you forget the amount of money you paid to them... May o[censored]s, fooled by them, nothing happens to them.

I am asiya from tamilnadu, have been contacted by vantage immigration delhi, for hongkong qmas visa, and after myself paying 25000, i received a letter from vantage saying that it is from hongkong immigration, which was totally fake, which i confirmed from the immigration itself, even after me finding their fraudelency, they defend its from hongkong, and later their staffs, prachi, neha, and few others accepted to refund my money, but after a month, they (Abhishek) are so rude and violently refused to refund the hard earned money, please take necessary action against them, i am ready to submit all the papers against them, which was fraud documents which they have sent me, i want my refund.

Complaint on vantage immigration for hong kong visa

Myself tarun, i am messaging on behalf of my brother (Rahul v, from tamil nadu).in may 2018 we have received a mail from vantage immigration stating that there is a vacancy for the post of graduate mechanical engineer in hong kong.in the mail they have mentioned the total cost including consultation and visa fees as rs 48000. As per there advice we have paid them rs 48000.

After they have received rs 40000; there attitude changed. They assured me that they will provide visa within 4 months and till now nothing positive happened towards us. During embassy interview they provided us with insufficient details and my brother got rejected due to lack of proper documents. Before attending the embassy interview many-a-time we have asked the procedure and formalities for the same. But they where lazy and playing on us in providing details.

Now those people are saying we have to pay 20000. More. When we contact their customer people they are not responding properly. They are playing on us. So it gives a feeling that we are cheated.
If someone can help me to fight them legally, kindly help me. No one else should have to fall in such traps.

They are very professional and tricky person to take your money out for process 48, 000 thousands. They will provide you anything and make you mold from every where, that you can be sure about the qmas process for hong kong and even they will also give your all of 100% of surety about jobs/visa and every thing. Only one think they are focusing about money 48, 000/-

I am sharing you my all experience with this such a fake and fraud company (Vantage immigration consultancy services pvt ltd) never start your process with this fraud company.

Do not trust this fraud company, if you pay 48, 000/- to this company you will lost your money which you have earned very hard.

They took out my resume from shine.com, and there telly caller started calling me for this qumas visa, i went to there office, and met mr abhram, he convinced me that, m a perfect person for this visa. I paid rupees 46000 through cheque, after that some rinni, there visa consultant mailed me the required documents. Believe me i had to go through various places to aquire transcripts, than i had to give ielts (Which was previously not told). Than they asked me to furnish another 32000rupees for documents verification in hongkong, i did that.in fact i met the entire criteria wat they said to me. Than after 1 year i gets a letter stating that i m not eligible for qumas visa. And ur application is turned down.
This vantage immigration is fraud company, after every one month, there visa officers change. And after talking money, they are the least cooperate people. All they want is money for them selves. It's a totally fraud visa company. I request all of you to please don't fall into prey. They have duped me with almost 80000 rupees, with lot of traveling charges.

Initially when i was about to pay the money for my qmas visa one of their consultant named trishna devnani told me that the process will hardly take 3 months. Fraud, #, senseless. Its been more then an year and yet my name is not on the list.

They are king in making fake promises.

They are least interested to answer your fone call if you have a query they will reply you after a week. Useless services. When i asked them that i wanted to have a word with your m. D. Mr. Abrahim chelli beacuse i am not getting the feedback for which i am paying you, they will say you thay m. D doesnt come on the phone.

They dont even keep to copy of our doccuments and repeatedly you have to submit the same doccuments to the embassy which leaves you frustrated.
I will end my complaint by saying that they are fraud they once you will pay them their money for the qmas visa then they will only waste your time. All their staff are useless and senseless. They will irritate you by not giving you the proper answer.

I would recommend dont even have a thought for a second to go with them beacuse they will convince you to pay the money and your money is gone. So please please save your money and time beacuse i was not able to do so

They took 2 years to process my application and very lazy people and if you call them they will say that we are very busy and even they dont bother to call me back nor they wont reply to my email promptly.

I was told that instead of IELTS certificate you can submit English Language Certificate from your University. I have submitted the document . However Hongkong Immigration has requested me to submit IELTS Certificate and this is a mandatory requirement.

Recently i spoke to Anne (Vantage Immigration ) with regards to this issue on IELTS that your consultant Muskaan has clearly told me that IELTS is not a mandatory requirement and other consultants from Vantage told me same thing. Anne told me that sir we have submitted 250 applications to Hongkong Immigration without IELTS, in that 248 applications has been accepted without IELTS and 2 applications has not been accepted in that one is yours and for another applicant. I felt that something fishy on the Anne Statement.

Whatever the documents that we have submitted to Hongkong Immigration and Vantage Immigration wont keep a copy in their file and they will ask you to resubmit the documents again.

Recently i have approached one of the consultancy in India that whether IELTS is mandatory requirement for QMAS and they have said Yes IELTS is mandatory requirement for QMAS

Please do not believe Vantage Immigration Consultants and they are very lazy people and they will act that they are too busy with the work.

Finally i can say that Vantage Immigration Consultancy is a fraud agency. Do not approach them

Vantage immigration is a fraud consultancy! Full of frauds and non professionals. I got to know about it after i did enquiry everywhere. Sadly, i should’ve done that before i paid them money and wasted almost 2 years believing on their words.
