He home alarm system was installed in my premises with 21 sensors and a motion sensor on october 2017.
Since day 1 of the installation, we have been facing trouble with your system. On the day it was installed all your sensors started falling off as the gum behind the sensors was so weak and we had to rush back to the apartment. It was spooky - the whole night the alarms went off and bothered us and our neighbourhood. And this was just the beginning of our mistake in trusting vantage for our home security. Then mr kaptan singh took the whole system back the next day and came later to install with screws.
Then again a couple of sensors were damaged within a few weeks and you charged a few thousand for replacement. The system kept raising false alarms so often that it is such a botheration. Batteries get discharged every few weeks and the sensors keep blinking. Lately, i had called mr kaptan singh for regular service and change of batteries 11 out of 21 sensors were busted. And now your repairing team is saying pay rs. 800 per sensor for a new replacement. Aren't you guys ashamed of the quality of your system??? This is the kind of quality that vantage provides that more than 50% of your system fails every few months and customers keeps paying repair charges. This is such a sham and should be exposed - atrocious quality of products with no hearing from customers. Multiple emails and multiple calls with no response. Was this information helpful? |
