Vao Office New Perungalathur — Patta not transferred for the last two years

I purchased a land and built a house at plot no87 vivek nagar 4th street new perungalathur chennai 600 063. I am living at the said address since2008. Before that it was let out to various parties since 2000 onwards. I applied for patta at vao office and paid rs2000/- and got receipt for the same. I followed with the thasildar office at west tambaram and they came for inspection and verified and said every thing is in order and i will get the patta within 10 days. But i had not received the patta so far. Amount was paid on 07.07.2014

then on 05.07.2016 i went to tambaram office and got my sale deed and other relevant document uploaded in computer system and got the acknowledgment. So far no action is taken by theconverned government department.Formia register receipt serial number 1563 and serial number in register 3390 dated 24.08.2014
