[Resolved] Varafi — Refund of booking | |||
I booked flight ticket in the varafi.com web site by using debit card on[protected]. The booking ID is :VID[protected]. But the PNR number in the e ticket was found to be fake as I confirmed through the airlines. I cancelled the booking on[protected] by phone to [protected]. This was confirmed by email stating the refund is initiated and the amount will be credited back to source. Since 100 days had gone I did not receive the refund. Booked amount: Rs14934/ Agreed amount for refund Rs11934/ I contacted several times by phone calls and by email. The answer was give some more time, it will be credited with in 5-7 days like that Was this information helpful? | |||

The answer always was give some more time and it will be refunded with in 5 to 7 days.
