Vardhman Telemarketing — Camera quality, battery backup and sound quality

I brought Reach Cogent Colors few days ago. The quality is not so good and now the camera is not even working. Along with that the battery backup is also not up to that mark that the product has promised. sound quality is also poor. I bought it last week.I recived this phone o 15 oct 2016.Only few days the phone is giving problem, how can it works long in future .
