I ordered Yonex Aerus Z2 badminton shoes (UK Size 8, Grey color) from the website https://badmintonsuperstore.in
operated by Varnapura Sports India (Badminton Superstore).

However, the seller delivered the wrong product (UK Size 8.5, Blue color) which was completely different from what I ordered.

I immediately contacted the seller through WhatsApp and informed them about the mistake. Initially the seller tried to convince me to keep the shoes saying that 0.5 size bigger is better, even though both the size and color were incorrect.

After several messages, the seller agreed to replace the product and I returned the shoes. Later the seller informed me that the original model was not available and asked me to pay an additional ₹1500–₹1800 for another pair, even though the mistake was from their side.

When I refused to pay extra money, the seller promised that a refund would be processed on Monday, but the refund was never processed. Many of my calls and messages were ignored and the seller kept delaying the issue with different excuses.

Since the process was already delayed for many days, I was finally forced to pay an additional ₹1800 just to receive a replacement pair of shoes.

This caused unnecessary delay, inconvenience, and financial loss due to the seller’s mistake and poor customer service.

I request that appropriate action be taken and that this issue be recorded so other customers are aware of such practices.
