Anticipating delivery in 45/31 minutes. My family placed order being at tankbund. Your rep mr. Narsingh rao called us while we reached patny. Requested him to stay there for few minutes or return on the way back from other delivery or can give delivery near hotel. He opted near hotel and the delivery was taken but he refused to return the balance from rs.500.00 paid. When we insisted for balance, he started abusing as bikharis and without fear gave his name as narsingh rao. We do not expect such behaviour from representatives of a company of your stature.
