Varun Motors Pvt Ltd — Complaint regarding cheating of customers

Good evening sir,
Myself I am Yerra Bharath, mobile number [protected] and [protected]. Recently I was met with an accident on 28/10/2020 at Rambhadrapuram village which is very close to bobbili, vizianagaram and my vehicle regd num AP31 BD 4229. At that moment I went to police station and finally we ended up the discussion infront of Sub Inspector of Police Rambhadrapuram station which concludes to claim my insurance policy and the remaining amount i.e the amount excluding claimed amount by the insurance company that must be paid by the person who hit me. The person who hit my vehicle is a nephew of the person who is General Manager, Varun motors Vizianagaram. They brought three working men from the varun motors bobbili showroom which includes the showroom manager named Narasinga Rao and the two other people are technician from the above showroom. They have given us a promise infront of police officers that my car will be repaired by him. Based of there request I have handed over my car AP 31 BD 4229 on 29/10/2020 at varun motors pvt ltd, Vizianagaram. The estimation for the repair of car is 43, 670 Rs and for your kind reference I am attaching the JOB CARD and ESTIMATION given by the showroom.
The said that our car will be repaired with new spares within 10 days but they couldn’t completed it. Keeping that apart, Our Estimation and job card includes new spares but the varun motors vizianagaram are repairing the old damaged spares by tinkering and paintings which is not at all good without even informing to the customer. When I had sudden visit to see my vehicle they are in paint booth doing paint works after tinkering of my car. Doing tinkering works instead replacing the damaged parts which were in job card and estimation is a big cheating to the people. The insurance company surveyor too claimed my policy keeping the new spare parts in mind. This is cheating to the trust worthy customer and even insurance company. For your reference I am attaching the photos of my car which is in paint booth, JOB card and estimation slip given by the showroom.
In this regard, I solemnly request you to solve my issue as soon as possible.
