Vasan Dental Care Trichy — teeth alignment treatment

I'm christopher, taking treatment in vasan dental care, trichy. I am taking treatment for teeth alignment with clear path aligners. I have chosen vasan, because the treatment will be good. But i didn't expect such a poor response from them. Firstly, for the treatment they told that in-order to start the treatment, i have to pay the money. On the same day i have paid the full amount. After getting the money, they told that they will provide the aligners within 10 days on 28th may. Now its july 15th so far i didn't not get the complete aligners. Every time when i call them, they are not picking the call, they only respond to messages, that too sometimes not. Doctor is telling to contact manager and manager is telling to contact the doctor. At the end it's only the mess. At the end of june once again they told for sure they will provide the aligners with in a 15 days and now it’s again 15 days got over still i didn't get it. Could you please take necessary action and improve your service towards customers. The money that they are charging is also same for the treatment irrespective of the time period, that is also not acceptable. How come they charge same money for 6 months and 1 year treatment. Could you look into it, i need proper action from your side. If you want, i can provide the names of the doctor and the manager who are working at trichy branch. I don't want my parents to run here and forth to the hospital every time, hope you understand
