Refer to the above subject matter, I wish to inform you that I had an LPG connection with IOCL vide LPG ID No.[protected] under M/s Vasanth Enterprises situated in Domlur during the year 1986 when we have shifted our residence from Srirrampuram to HAL Quarters & during that time we had applied for LPG connection with M/s Vasant Enterprises and the same has been alloted to us when we were in HAL quarters and before that we don’t have any LPG connection and we are using Kereosene stove for cooking purpose.
When we took the LPG connection from M/s Vasant Enterprises, we are using the same for nearly two years and later on when my daughter Smt. K. Jayashree had seperated from the family and later on we have moved to our own house at No.74, AECS Layout, 4th Main, 2nd Stage, Nagasheetyhalli, Bangalore-560094. At the time of shifting my residence, I have not approached the M/s Vasant Enterprises for shifting my connection and at the same time, when my daughter got seperated from family I had given my LPG connection to her for their household purpose and later on the connection got blocked and we don’t have any idea, how the connection got blocked. So, when we shifted our residence to my own house to the above said address and at that time, I was using kereson stove for cooking purpose and later on I had approached M/s Mathru Gas company and applied for New connection and subsequently they have given the connection and we are using the same connection till today.
In this connection, I wish to inform you that I neither I had received the subsidy amount nor I have cheated for having two connection for single use purpose.
