Vasimalla Isaac Abraham — Dogs nuisance

I am resident of c1/16, janta flats, sector 11, Rohini, delhi 110085 .

Vasimalla Isaac Abraham is our neghibour who has tenants at
at c1/14, third floor, janta flats sector 11, Rohini delhi. These tenants have THREE dogs as pets.

Most of the time they are barking on every one. They never shut off their main door .

I have already verbally complained on phone to their landlord whose name is Vasimalla Isaac Abraham and
mobile number is [protected]

But there is no change . These dogs are barking at most of time every any body who goes to either third floor or to the roof.
