Yes..I was the victim of this site..I ordered anarkali suits but I got very cheap materials suit..they are very big cheaters nd fraud..we should take action against it.
Worst quality products worst services.. Fraud company. Please take proper action against this website. I got cheap quality product. They asked me my bank details if they are going to refund and in the end are telling that product seems okay for them and cannot be refunded.

Iordered few garments in vastrova online site by seeing the pics in the site where heroine's are promoting the apparels but i received worst quality product. I have returned the products and trying get refund into my bank account. they promised to refund the amount in my bank account but after I returned the product now they have credited to Vastrova wallet. Doing Multiple follow-ups to get back the amount but they are not all responding properly and refunding the amount. The team supporting their site don't even know to respond to the mails. Each time I drop the asking for refund they copy paste the standard reply mail they have and then send it across. Please take some action and help in settling my amount from them.
