Vastu Vihar — Frequent Water shortage in Vastu Vihar-5, Gaya, Bihar

Hello,

We have been facing frequent water supply shortage, recently for 3 days in a row. This happens due to negligence on part of security guard and site officers as they do not turn on the supply even after repeated requests.
To top that, we have following other issues:
1. Toilet drainage system is still not present in the society and waste is getting disposed off somehow.
2. Due to developments at site, we have to continuously argue with site manager to avoid dumping construction material on roads to avoid our vehicles from getting blocked and due to rain the water logging becomes a daily trouble in getting out of our houses.

Hoping this reaches the authorities to ensure water facilities which is the bare minimum requirement
