Vastu Vihar — Refund of booking amount for a cancelled deal

Dear Sir
On 13 Nov 2020, I paid Rs.6 lac for booking Yamuna Bunglow at Bela, Patna (against total cost of 40 lac ) as application money.
Ms Raksha Praveen, staff Vastu vihar said that within a weak booking will be done and work will start within a month. Before paying the amount, when I demanded plan ( map ) of 4 BHK Yamuna Bunglow, Ms Praveen said that plan will be given at the time of Booking on 20 Nov.2020 and if I will be not satisfied of plan / map, the entire amount will be refunded immediately.
After that, I met mant times with Ms Praveen and she always assured me that booking will be dine within a weak.
Lastly, On 13 march 2021, I said Ms praveen that if you are not in a position for boking a bunglow then pl return my money .
From March 2021, I met to Raksha Praveen eevery weak at Vastu Vihar Office for return of my money but amount not returned till july 2021.
After repeated visit of your office and request to Praveen, 06 months later, on 05th August, Rs.one lac transferred in my account and said that rest 5 lac will be returned very soon i.e. within a weak.
After that I visited more than hundred times of your office and requested Ms Praveen & Mr Sunil je for return of my money but still one lac is left at your end.
Sir, I was paid money by withdrawing my PF amount with a hope a house in Vastu Vihar colony. I was very much pleased.
But neither Bunglow Booked nor total amount refunded as yet. Instead, I was harrassed by your staff continuously.
I am deeply sorry at this types of dealing / behaviour of vastu vihar staff / officials.
I visited your office today in the morning also and again assured by your staff Ms Raksha Praveen & Keshri je that rest amount certainly will be creditted by today evening.
But, again amount not transferred as yet.
I am a senior citizen and not in a position to visit your office daily by daily for refund my amount.
So, You are again requested to please arrange to return my rest money Rs. one lac immediately as I have much need of money.
