Even i got selected by vatsal technosoft. but selection process was doubtfull they just asked couple of questions on mail and said you are selected. 3 months probation period with no salary and i have to work from home. so that means i wont have any contact with company its just by mail. please help me as soon as possible i dint say yes or no yet what should i do?
btw company glassdoor is strong all online review are good i mean seriously there is no single dissatisfied employee?

@Rishabh Shah - Its very unprofessional to see that you have posted a fake review about us without even applied to any of our position in our Company. Because nor we have any records of you in our database that you have been interviewed by us.
Next point is you might not be aware of Email Marketing Concept where most Companies share their current openings with their Followers (those who are or have been following us our Company as subscribers)
So, as we can see you already were or is a follower of our Company and because of that you have received our Current openings mail from HR Team through one of our HR Executive who is also a Dept Head - HR. Now here ask yourself 1st why you are a follower or a subscriber o[censored]s, if you are not interested or doesn't want to get such mails just unsubscribe with us (You have forgot to check the last below lines in that mail for unsubscribe with us)
Never try to spoil Company's image and reputation in any sites or forums or any other Internet form without having one single genuine proof of the complaint which you think of registering here by giving as reviews.

So, there is no question of saying that you have been told as selected for so & so position and commenting here as Selection process is doubtful in review here.
As per our database information regarding your Initial Round of interview, the status was put on hold because you didn't finish your 1st Round as per our Recruitment process. Again you didn't give any response to your Recruiter regarding asking of queries if any and getting yourself cleared.
But you haven't done any of the above as per the process and your application has been rejected that time for no communication & follow up with our Recruitment Team.
All these days instead of clearing your doubts and queries you came here to post your comment on the above person's review (the one who himself was not part of our Interview process or applied in our Company)??
You are one of those who looses good opportunities by listening to some strangers and believing them without any genuine proof on what you are believing.
Please don't spoil other Candidates or Freshers' Career by spreading wrong awareness in this current Job Market when or where a Fresher is already struggling to get some experience in his or her interested domain .

It is a fake company. More than half of the candidates are hired for HR trainee position .I don't understand how come a company can have these many vacancy for the same post every year. There is no point of contact during your training period. You are suppose to contact via WhatsApp number and they will reply to all of your messages at midnight.
The website looks promising, but one can get to know the reality during the interview process. The same set of questions are asked to everyone. There would be 5-6 questions, and once that is done, they will tell that you are selected from their end. Their terms and conditions sounds more of threatning terms. This company only ask for your ID proofs as a part of document verification, no marksheets nothing else are asked.
Another important thing is they wont even give you the joining letter in a letter head, and when asked, their justification is that this is their way of running the company. And in NDA it is required by both the parties to sign the document after having a mutual consent, but here they will only share a NDA signed by the candidate only. As a part of joining process, they ask the candidates to post good reviews in glassdoor and make connections in Linkedln. So if you can check in glassdoor, all the good reviews are given by the new joiners.
Its a humble request to all the candidates, please don't waste your time in such companies, as they look promising, but its a total wastage of your time. Better to go for other opportunities.

We are having multiple opening and we have multiple projects so, we are hiring multiple people and we expect freshers and grow them.
We ask your degree certificate or last year marksheet and people are here understandable that they will get degree if pass with marksheets and last year marksheet means others will clearly. Its real common sense.
We are giving Auto Generated PDFs with our Top Management person sign with all other details. Its consider legally valid and all.
We are saying people to give reviews if they want not saying good reviews and all.

I had worked in company and they really blacklisting and it will affect to our careers also. I had faced same due to blacklisting in company 9+ companies rejected me after selected when background verification come they rejected me. So, if you think they can not I will say they can. I went in legal also in court also share things against me because I had committed things which I violated.

We are working 24*7 and we have our US branch as US its morning when in India its night. We did not say to answer. We are taking interview first check the process and messages/mails we are sending. Hope you will not lie here.
I just wanted to know, Do They really Blacklist? Because that is too scary
