Vaya Wear — I didn't receive my order and payment is also done

I order two jackets from vaya wear where i did online payment got a call regarding order confirmation but after confirmation i didn't get any tracking from the company website i tried to call their coustomer support almost 50 times but they are not picking up the calls not only me a lot of coustomer of them trying calling them but they are not picking up there calls and they also not get there order, there mail id is not working also, please try to solve these matter regarding this situation.
