Vbros Auto — Amount debited but not credit in recipient bank account

We had transferred the down payment through Maitree Portal of Maharashtra Industry, Trade and Investment Facilitation through billdesk gateway of Rs. 160695.40 on dt. 07.01.2025 with transaction ref. (INB/[protected]/MAHARASHTRA INFORMATION TECHNO(BILL DESK). But the department is telling us that no amount has been credited to their bank account.
Please confirm the status because payment already debited from our account and share the details of the recipient.
