Vectra Computer Solution in Madurai engineers and Suresh babu are taking rubies words. I purchased a brand new laptop and found some damage. I asked they told that its due to shipping, all are IBM product not my product to replace. Finally found they given second hand laptop and it has 2 months warranty.
