Very dissappointed, No proper response from the company regarding this complaint. Just to sell the water tank they wrote something which is not true. "unbreakable and 20 years guarantee".
Once the water tank is sold, they ignore the customers.

we have purchased water tank in the year 2014 it has developed crack in the side the water tank specifically says that it is warranted for 20 years, we like to know whom to approach we will upload the photo of the tank the tank walls in very thin at that place were it has cracked. we need manufacturer to comment on this complaint. Voh ab leek ho raha hai . ushki 20 sal ki guarantee hai
Meri complaint koi bhi nahin Sun Raha hai Na tu shopkeeper aur na hi distributor
Bataiye mein kahan complaint karo meri sunvaee hogi ya nahin..?.!?

A crack has been developed at the bottom of water tank and there is water leakage. It's a 1000 litre water tank purchased in the year 2015. On the water tank it's clearly written that the tank is unbreakable and 20 years guarantee, but it did not survive even 6 years, not much help from seller,
I want the company to do something about this, i want it to be repaired or replaced free of cost. Waiting for your response.
