I bought Logitech G502 Hero from Vedant Computers Sales Private Limited on 28th December, 2018 and their website clearly mentions that there is 10% Cashback on Logitech accessories, but there are no Terms & Conditions associated - whether the cashback would be to Bank A/C or as redeemable code.
After purchase was done, when asked about the cashback, they said the cashback would be redeemable code. When I insisted that I need cashback to my Bank A/C, first they agreed and asked for Bank details. After 2 days waiting, they went back on their own words and said we can't give you cashback to Bank.
Please take necessary actions against this kind of fraudulent behavior towards the Customer.
